What are credits and how are they used?

Credits are consumed each time Vunve runs a lead search, scores a prospect, or sends an outreach email. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance — Basic 500, Pro 5,000, Enterprise 15,000. Unused credits do not roll over.

Where does the trade data come from?

Vunve aggregates global customs shipment records from official trade databases across multiple countries, updated continuously to reflect real import and export activity.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — you can get started for free with no credit card required. The free tier lets you explore the platform and run limited searches before choosing a paid plan.

Do you integrate with CRMs?

CRM integrations are on the roadmap. Currently, Vunve provides CSV exports and campaign data that can be imported into most CRM tools. API access is coming soon on the Enterprise plan.
