Vunve LTD ("we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data we process in connection with the Vunve Lead Gen service. We are based in the United Kingdom.
2. What We Collect
We may collect and process:
- Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and profile details you provide.
- Billing data: payment provider identifiers (e.g. Stripe customer ID), billing history; we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: how you use the Service (e.g. features used, campaigns, leads).
- Device and logs: IP address, browser type, device information, and log data for security and support.
3. Purposes
We use this data to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Secure the Service and prevent abuse.
- Provide support and respond to enquiries.
- Send service-related and, where permitted, marketing communications.
- Analyse usage (including via analytics) to improve the product.
4. Processors and Subprocessors
We use trusted processors to run the Service. These may include: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and auth), Vercel (hosting), and email providers (e.g. Resend). We may also use analytics providers. We ensure appropriate contracts and safeguards are in place. A list of subprocessors is referenced in our Data Processing Addendum.
5. International Transfers
Some processors may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where we do so, we use appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or equivalent mechanisms as required by UK GDPR and GDPR.
6. Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it in line with our retention practices.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR / GDPR you have rights including: access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. We encourage you to review it periodically. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
