These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vunve Lead Gen service and related products (the "Service") provided by Vunve LTD ("we", "us", "our"). By signing up or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Use of the Service
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You must use the Service in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
- We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
3. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, design, and branding. You receive a limited licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You do not acquire any ownership rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel your account in accordance with our Billing & Refund Policy. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete or retain data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
