- Transmit malware, interfere with the Service, or overload our infrastructure.
3. Third-Party Platforms
Where the Service interacts with third-party platforms (e.g. email or messaging providers), you must comply with that platform's terms, policies, and rules. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service (including any data you provide or messages you send) complies with those rules and with data protection and anti-spam laws.
4. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your conduct and for any content or data you upload or send through the Service. You must have appropriate legal bases (e.g. consent, legitimate interest) for processing personal data and for sending marketing or sales communications. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached this AUP or pose a risk to others or to the Service.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights that cannot be excluded by law.
